1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the 55php platform — including its website, mobile application, sportsbook, bingo rooms, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 55php, and they apply to every interaction you have with the platform from the moment of your first visit. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze any associated balance, and take appropriate further action in accordance with applicable regulations.
In addition to the age requirement, users must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws. 55php is designed to serve players in the Philippines, and users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their place of residence. 3. Account Creation & Security
Each user may hold only one registered account on the 55php platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, and you are obligated to keep this information current throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account. 55php will treat any activity conducted under your account credentials as activity carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions and actions taken through your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 55php immediately through the platform's support channels. We recommend using a strong, unique password and updating it regularly as a basic security measure. 55php will never contact you to ask for your password in full.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a registered user of 55php, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable Philippine law, and generally accepted standards of conduct. You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any aspect of the platform's infrastructure or negatively affect other users' experience. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit to the platform — including payment details, identity documents, and personal data — is truthful, accurate, and current. Providing fraudulent information is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
You agree not to engage in any form of cheating, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, use of automated tools or bots, collusion with other players, or any other activity that gives an unfair advantage or undermines the integrity of the platform. You acknowledge that 55php may monitor account activity for compliance purposes and that unusual or suspicious behaviour may trigger a review, account freeze, or permanent ban without prior notice. All winnings found to have been obtained through prohibited means will be voided and any associated balances forfeited.
5. Platform Usage Rules
The 55php platform — including its sportsbook, bingo rooms, and all gaming content — is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale of access, or systematic exploitation of platform features for any business purpose is strictly prohibited. All bets and wagers placed on 55php are final once confirmed; it is the user's responsibility to review all selections carefully before submitting a bet. In the event of a technical error or system fault that results in an incorrectly recorded bet or payout, 55php reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore any affected balances to their correct state.
55php reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or transaction at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular play, abuse of platform features, or any activity that conflicts with these Terms. Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any source code or proprietary data from the platform. 6. Payments & Transactions (PHP ₱)
All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on 55php are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and belongs to them personally. 55php does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; all payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the 55php account holder. Depositing funds using payment instruments belonging to another individual is a violation of these Terms and may result in the transaction being reversed, the account being suspended, and the matter being reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require the user to provide supporting documentation before funds are released. 55php reserves the right to apply processing times to withdrawal requests in accordance with the platform's standard procedures. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, 55php may place a hold on a user's balance pending investigation and may ultimately void and forfeit balances found to have been obtained through prohibited means. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55php and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible losses. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
55php does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or technical interruptions, and we are not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a system outage, internet connectivity failure, or force majeure event outside our reasonable control. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 8. Account Suspension & Closure
55php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine — in our sole discretion — that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, breached any applicable law or regulation, or otherwise behaved in a manner detrimental to the platform or other users. Upon suspension or closure of an account, 55php will conduct a review of all account activity and associated transactions before determining whether any remaining balance is eligible for withdrawal.
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, underage gaming, money laundering, or use of prohibited software — any balance in the account may be voided and forfeited in full. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the platform's support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bets placed prior to the closure request. 9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 55php platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software code, written content, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55php or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms.
